SOUTHEASTERN UNIVERSITY: 

Southeastern University (SEU) is a regionally accredited Assembly of God university located in Lakeland, Florida. Heartland Ministry + College is a partner site of SEU, therefore our students can enroll in classes through Southeastern University and receive academic credit for their classwork. Ability to take classes at Heartland is contingent on acceptance from Southeastern University (see information about enrolling below). To learn more about SEU, please visit their website: https://seu.edu/.

    how it works

    Students will apply and enroll in online classes through Southeastern University. While attending Heartland, students are able to enjoy the flexibility of an online education with the benefits of working alongside classmates in-person at Heartland's campus. Heartland Ministry + College incorporates academic time within its weekly schedule as well as offers HMC staff on-site to assist students with their academic journey.


    How to Enroll:

    1. Apply to SEU here.
    2. A Heartland staff member will reach out to schedule a 15-20 minute phone interview.
    3. After your application and interview are completed, SEU will communicate to you an admissions decision.
    4. To see if you are eligible for Financial Aid, submit your FAFSA (code: #002369).
